Hi, I’m Joshua Griffis. I’m a real estate agent based in Crossville, Tennessee, with a passion for the outdoors. Whether I’m exploring the beauty of Tennessee’s landscapes or working with clients, I bring a natural, down-to-earth approach to everything I do.

My Background

Before stepping into real estate, I spent eight years in the investment and retirement-plan industry. That experience taught me the value of long-term planning, calculated decision-making, and always putting people’s needs first. It’s these same values I bring to helping you find the right home or investment property.

Personal Interests

When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my family, in my woodworking shop, or out enjoying Tennessee’s great outdoors. I have a passion for fly fishing and time spent in the deer woods, which gives me real insight when helping clients find recreational or hunting land. Whether it’s a quiet fishing spot or a piece of wooded paradise, I know what to look for—because I live it myself. 

I’m blessed to be married to my wonderful wife, who is a talented designer and home stager. Her expertise in transforming spaces makes me even more passionate about helping clients find homes that truly feel like their own.
